Art With Heart Colour Creations - Rich Razzleberry

Rich Razzleberry is the featured colour for this week's Art With Heart Colour Creation Blog Hop.
I have used a follow over set from the Holiday Catalogue called First Frost. Card base is Rich Razzleberry with a Whisper White layer that has been embossed with the Subtle Dynamic Textured Embossing Folder. The flowers are stamped in Rich Razzleberry and Powder Pink.

The greeting is from the Painted Glass stamp set. The greeting has been die cut using a die from the Frosted Bouquet Dies set.

Finishing touches are some Rhinestone Jewels that have been coloured with the Rich Razzleberry Blends Marker.

The second card also uses the First Frost stamp set, but is this time paired with the Floral Romance DSP.

The leaves behind the flowers have been punched with the Leaf Punch and the greeting has been die cut using the Stitched Labels set. The greeting is from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

Again, the finishing touch is some coloured Rhinestone Jewels.

I hope you enjoyed my cards, thank you for stopping by.

I leave tomorrow for Stampin' Up!s Onstage convention in New Zealand, which starts on Thursday. Make sure you stop by regularly as I will be posting lots of exciting news.

Art With Heart Colour Creations - Real Red

This week the Art With Heart Team are featuring the colour Real Red. I have two very different cards to share with you.
The first one uses the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper Stack and the Life is Grand stamp set.

This DSP is perfect for making quick and easy masculine cards.

This is the anniversary card I made for my hubby for our anniversary last weekend. The rose image has been stamped in Stazon on Window sheet, then coloured from behind with Blends. I cut the coloured image out then adhered it to Dazzling Diamond Glimmer paper with glue dots and again cut around the image. It was attached to the card stock which has been embossed with the Tiled Tin embossing folder.

Thank you for visiting my Real Red creation, for more Real Red inspiration head to Cathy's blog for a full list of tonight's participants.
Next we'll be featuring Rich Razzleberry, see you then.

Make sure you check out the new Stampin' Storage, now available from Stampin' Up!

Happy stampin,
Rachel

Art With Heart Blog Hop - Easter

Tonight the Art with Heart team are sharing creative projects with an Easter theme.
Don’t forget, sale-a-bration ends on March 31st! Less than one week to go!
There is still time to earn free product with purchase or even join our Stampin’ Up! team. Ask any of the girls on the hop for more details.

For my card today I used the cute bunny from the stamp set called 'A Good Day' and the daffodils from the 'You're Inspiring' set. I stamped the bunny, then masked over the bunny and stamped the daffodils.

The image was then coloured with the Blends Markers. I punch a circle out with the 21/4" punch. The daffodil gingham piece is from the Gingham Gala DSP pack.

The final touches are some organdy ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist and a few adhesive sequins.

Don't forget to place your final Sale-a-bration orders by the end of March!

If you find a broken link or have come to this blog hop from a different entry point, you can view the participants below:

Art With Heart Colour Creations - Pumpkin Pie

This week the Art With Heart Team are featuring the colour Pumpkin Pie.

The card I have done for this colour challenge uses the Geared Up Garage bundle. I have cut the car from one of the sheets of DSP from the Classic Garage DSP stack and used a different sheet for the background. The gears are cut from Silver Foil using the Geared Up Garage dies. To add extra texture I've brushed the gears with Stazon Black and a sponge dauber.

The greeting is a combination of the Well Said Bundle and the Geared Up Garage bundle. There is a small piece of Black/silver stripped ribbon underneath the 'birthday' die cut.

This was a very quick and easy masculine card and I'm sure I'll be using this set regularly.
For more Pumpkin Pie inspiration from the Art With Heart Team head to Cathy's Blog for a full list of tonight's participants.

Don't forget that Sale-a-bration finishes on the 31st of March, orders need to be in by midnight!

Thanks for visiting,
Happy stampin,
Rachel

Art With Heart Colour Creations - Powder Pink

This week's featured colour is Powder Pink, which unfortunately is one of the 2017-2019 In Colours that will be retiring at the and of May, when the current Annual Catalogue retires.
This colour screams 'Baby Girl Card!' to me, so I had a play with my Sweet Baby bundle.
I used two of the Stitched Rectangle Dies to create a frame in Powder Pink to attach my baby to.
The baby has been coloured with Blends Markers and attached to the frame with Linen Thread so that it actually swings. All of my three babies loved being in their baby swing like this. Soooo long ago now.
The background DSP is from the Wooden Textures pack which perfectly sets off the Powder Pink and the Crumb Cake mat. The BABY has been cut from Powder Pink using the Well Said dies.
Here's a close up of the baby in all her cuteness. It also shows the beautiful stitching on the Rectangle Stitched dies.

Thank you for stopping by to see my creation.

Art With Heart Colour Creations - Poppy Parade

This week's featured colour is Poppy Parade, which is a wonderful, bright red.
For my cards I used the Needlepoint and Thread Bundle.

While the Sale-a-bration is on you can purchase this Needle and Thread bundle and the coordinating Needlepoint Nook paper and qualify for a FREE Sale-a-bration reward.
For my first card I stamped the large flower image in Poppy Parade and the leaves in Old Olive and cut them out with the coordinating dies. It's a little hard to see in the photo, but the stitching image is stamped under the flower in Crushed Curry. The piece of Needlepoint Nook DSP is bordered by strips of Balmy Blue. The greeting was stamped in Mossy Meadow to finish the card.

The second card is an example of a #simplystamping card. Stampin' Up! is promoting that you only need ink and paper to produce a beautiful card. This month we were also allowed to add a ribbon, I have used the always versatile Linen Tread on this card. The colours I've used are Poppy Parade, Grapefruit Grove, Old Olive and Crumb Cake for the stitching.

Thank you for visiting my blog.
