Art With Heart Team Creative Showcase - Rainbows

This month's theme for the Art With Heart Creative Showcase is RAINBOWS.
Considering the situation the world is in at the moment please enjoy the brightness the team has to share with you tonight.

For my cards tonight I am featuring the Rainbow Glimmer paper and the So Much Happy stamp and die bundle.

To make this card I cut the HAPPY die from the Rainbow Glimmer paper. Depending on which part of the Glimmer paper you use you will get different shades of the rainbow. For this card I used the pink and purple side of the Rainbow Glimmer paper.

This piece was then mounted on Whisper White and Melon Mambo card stock. I used the So Much Happy dies to shape the top and bottom of the Melon Mambo piece. The flag banner is cut from Gorgeous Grape card stock.

For the second card I used the blue - green side of the sheet of Rainbow Glimmer paper. This time I cut the HAPPY on an angle across a piece of Bermuda Bay card stock. I placed a piece of Rainbow Glimmer paper behind the cut out. This was mounted on Whisper White then on to a Misty Moonlight card base.

The balloons were stamped in Granny Apple Green, Pool Party and Misty Moonlight. The tiny bows and the strings are dies from the same set.

I wasn't sure about the Rainbow Glimmer Paper when I was it in the catalogue, but after having a play with it I'm finding it a versatile product that can be used in numerous ways.

The next team member to share her Rainbow inspiration is the very talented Tina Gillespie.

Art With Heart Colour Creations Showcase Week 11 - Coastal Cabana

Coastal Cabana is a beautiful clear blue/ green colour that is perfect for tropical themed cards. I have paired Coastal Cabana with Cinnamon Cider and So Saffron for this week's showcase.

I used the Seaside View photopolymer stamp set, which has beautiful sketched images to colour. I have used my Stampin' Blends Markers to colour the single deck chair image. The colours I used are listed below.

After colouring I cut out the image using the largest square from the Stitched Shapes dies. The Cinnamon Cider piece was cut from the Stitched Rectangle Dies then embossed with the Pinewood Planks 3D embossing folder.

On the Coastal Cabana card base I stamped the palm trees in Coastal Cabana ink numerous times.

The greeting is stamped in Cinnamon Cider ink on So Saffron card stock. The linen thread was tied around the Cinnamon Cider piece before the card was assembled.

Art With Heart Colour Creations Week 10 - Cinnamon Cider

I'm back with week 10 of the Art With Heart Colour Creations. This week we are featuring Cinnamon Cider, which is one of this year's new In Colours.

I have used Cinnamon Cider as a base for my card featuring the Gnome for the Holidays stamp set. I embossed the card base with the Woodland folder.

The tree house was stamped in Memento ink and cut out with the largest Stitched Nested Label Die. The gnomes were stamped on scraps of Whisper White and all images were coloured with Stampin' Up! Blends Markers.

I attached one of the gnomes to the card with a Wobble Spring.

I cut a couple of  leaf sprigs from the Forever Flourishing dies in Granny Apple Green and Garden Green and positioned these over the tree house to conceal it slightly.

The final touch was a few Red Rhinestones, I thought these made it look a bit more Christmassy.

Happy stamping and stay safe!
