I'm very excited to be sending you this post from Stampin' Up! Onstage Live in Auckland New Zealand.
I can now reveal that I was very lucky and honoured to be asked to do one of the presentations at Onstage.
I was extra lucky to be given the beautiful Bird Ballad Suite to present.
The Bird Ballad Suite consists of;
Free as a Bird stamp set and Stitched Nested Labels Dies
Bird Ballad Tin in Gold and Petal Pink, which includes 12 laser cut cards and envelopes in Very Vanilla,
Bird Ballad Trinkets in Antique Gold, 6 of each design,
and Bird Ballad DSP, 12x12 sheets, 2 each of 6 designs and
Very Vanilla Lace.
Here are the samples I presented,
Beginner stamper, #simplestamping.
Casual Stamper - Blends colouring
Bird Ballad Trinket - Key
Avid Stamper - Fussy cutting and Stitched Nested Label Dies
Here's a video to show the technique I used to cut out the bird image on this card.
My Love It! sample, #fussycutting
I hope you love this suite as much as I do. I certainly have had a wonderful time playing with it so far... lots more to come.
I have lots more samples that I used on the display boards to show you.
Pop back in soon the see what else is happening at Onstage. I love being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.
Contact me if you would like to join us at the next event in November.
Happy Stamping,
Rachel xx
Love your creations with this suite and thanks for the up close pics!
ReplyDeleteI was on Pinterest and found another card that you did with the stitched nested label dies and the a couple of the papers in the Bird Collection (I was in heaven when I saw it at On Stage... I really enjoyed making the sample card they shared with us. When I saw the card you did with The Bird Collection I really want to do one with both the Mosaic and the Magnolia Collections... What a great Idea!
ReplyDeleteI love the new Free as a bird set. I seen the card, withe blue birds and lace, by accident and told Brandy Cox about it. She was so nice and ordered the set for me. Will the die for the lace cards be available also? I am interested in it, and also the lace ribbon, which was not included. I love the lace cards, but want to make my own. I have all the ink stamps, but not the bleding pens. What colors did you use on the Blue birds card? I love your work. Regina
ReplyDeleteHello! I'ma Demo in the U.S. I love how you colored your birdys. What shade of gray did you use in the Blends?
ReplyDeleteBeautiful cards! For the beginner card with the laser cut card front, did you cut part of the centre of the laser detail out? Thank you.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!!
