Hi stampers. This week the Art with Heart team are featuring Poppy Parade in their Instagram Blog Hop.
For my card I have used the Sketched Butterflies stamp set. I heat embossed the butterflies in Gold Embossing Powder.

The card base is Very Vanilla, which is a change from the usual Basic White that I most often use. To colour the butterflies I dug out my Stampin’ Up! Soft Pastels that I have not used for a very long time. I was delighted with the lovely bold colours I got by shaving some of the Pastel to use with a Water Painter.
Half of the card front is Very Vanilla embossed with the Distressed Tile 3D embossing folder, the other half is a piece of retired In Colour DSP in Poppy Parade.
