The projects I have for you today both use the new stamp set High Tide, Firstly, using lots of heat embossing...
On Night of Navy I heat embossed the lighthouse with white Embossing powder. The shore is stamped in Night of Navy. The water is stamped in Versamark then a combination of clear Embossing powder and Dazzling Diamonds. The beam of light is stamped in Versamark and then embossed in a combination of white EP and Dazzling Diamonds. Lots of embossing, but I love the effect. The second card is more colourful.

Happy Stampin,
Rachel
Gee, that first card is amazing! So much work, but worth the effort. The second card is just as fabulous.
ReplyDeleteNot a set on my list, but I love your cards Rachel.
ReplyDeleteLove your cards Rachel, the first one is awesome, love how you made it with all the different techniques, and your other card is just as beautiful. I have this set but not used it yet, so very inspiring!

Fabulous projects Rachel! Great use of techniques - quite amazing!
ReplyDeleteBoth beautiful cards, Rachel, but the first one is awesome! Love the effect you created with the water.
ReplyDeleteOh Rachel, I received this stamp set earlier in the week and I love the so different cards you have made this week.
ReplyDeleteIt seems like you've made a night time scene and a daytime one too. Lovely work.
ReplyDeleteI love lighthouses but I've been in two minds as to whether this a "Need to Have" set or not. I really love your 2nd card.
