This stamp set, Cheery Chirps was a late purchase, but I just couldn't resist it any longer.
I embossed the largest bird in Gold Embossing powder on Crumb Cake. The image was then coloured using an Aquapainter and the inks. Colours below in supplies.
The tiny heart on the ribbons is from the Ribbon of Courage stamp set. It was embossed in Gold on DSP from the Wood Textures DSP Stack. The greeting is from the Snowflake Sentiments stamp set.
I hope you enjoyed my cheery Christmas card ;)

Rachel what a beautiful card! I'm very tempted by this set as well after seeing your card and I love your homemade embellishment using the heart from Ribbon of Courage.
ReplyDeleteOooh, this looks very Asian inspired, with the gold embossing and soft colouring. It's so pretty - I love it!
