I chose one of my go to colour combinations for Christmas for today's cards. I love the elegant look of Mossy Meadow with Cherry Cobbler and Very Vanilla.
For my first card I used the Tree Angle stamp set with the Stitched Triangle Dies. The trees are stamped in a combination of Mossy Meadow and Cherry Cobbler on Very Vanilla card stock.
The greeting is from the Tree Angle stamp set and has been stamped in Cherry Cobbler on Very Vanilla card stock.
For the second card I'm using the Poinsettia Petals bundle. The poinsettia was cut from Very Vanilla card stock. The dies in this set have an outline then a second die that adds the veins on the petals.
The dies in this set have an outline then a second die that adds the veins on the petals. The center of the flowers and the berry sprigs have been cut from Gold Foil paper. The petals have been cut from Mossy Meadow card stock and as with the petals there are two dies, outline and the vein texture.

Happy stamping,
Oh snap Rachel on the Tree Angle card! Isn't this such a lovely stamp set? I love how you've used the 2 embossing folders to pick up the graphic angles of the trees and the pattern on the tree trunks. Your poinsettia card is lovely too. Thank you for creativity, inspiration and participation in the colour creations blog hop in 2020 x
ReplyDeleteLOVE your cards, Rach! The poinsettia card is supremely elegant. The Tree Angle card, however, is my fave ... love the embossed panels, and your colour choices.
ReplyDeleteYour cards are so different Rachel. One is quite contemporary and the other has a traditional Christmas feel about it. But, they are both gorgeous and to be honest I can't choose which one I prefer.
ReplyDelete2 lovely cards Rachel I so love both of these sets one being so abstract and the other so traditional.
ReplyDeleteOoh your white poinsettia is so pretty, Rachel. I like the layout of your Tree Angle card too with more traditional Christmas colours.
ReplyDeleteTwo beautiful cards, Rachel. Your poinsettia card is truly stunning.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful poinsettia, both lovely cards.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards Rachel - I am enjoying seeing more cards made with the Tree Angle set. I adore your poinsettia card - so elegant.
ReplyDeleteTwo very lovely cards yet so different from each other.
