Art With Heart Colour Creations - Pineapple Punch

This week's Colour Creation colour is Pineapple Punch, and wow does it pack a punch! I'm still finding it a challenge to use this bright, vibrant yellow, but I managed to make a card to share with you today.
I used the Sale-a-bration stamp set So Hoppy Together and the coordinating dies Hop Around Framelit dies, which are available to purchase from Friday the 1st of March, but only for one month. Contact me for more information.

The card base for this card is Pineapple Punch. I have heat embossed the dragonfly image from So Hoppy Together and the reeds from the Fabulous Flamingo stamp set in Pineapple Punch embossing powder. If you missed this embossing powder in the catalogue it comes in a set with the other 2018-2020 In-colours.
I have die cut three Stitched Rectangles(love these dies!!) in Lemon Lime Twist, Call Me Clover and Whisper White. The reeds were stamped in Call Me Clover and Lemon Lime Twist.  The frog and crown were stamped in Memento Black and coloured with Stampin' Blends markers.  They were then die cut using the Hop Around Framelit dies, as was the lily pad under the frog. The greeting was stamped in Call Me Clover. For more Pineapple Punch inspiration head to Cathy's blog for a full list of today's participants. Thank you for hopping by, Happy stampin, Rachel

  2. LOVE your card Rach. Those colours look amazing together, and the layering of all the die cuts creates great dimension. The Pineapple Punch embossing powder looks great. I can't believe I don't have that yet. Just added to my wish list.

  3. Rachel, what a gorgeous card! I love the combination of greens with the Pineapple Punch and I also love the way you extended the reeds from inside the frames to the card base and embossed them, and the dragonflies too - it looks great!
