This card was inspired by a video that was in German by Brigitte Sing. She did such a good job on her video I could follow along anyway.
This card uses the new Jar of Flowers bundle, available next week in the 2020-21 Stampin’ Up! Annual catalogue. The colours are Rich Razzleberry, Purple Posy, So Saffron, Old Olive and Mossy Meadow. The images were coloured with Stampin’ Blends.
I will post instructions after I have held a class on this technique. Contact me for more details of with any Stampin’ Up! questions, I’m always happy to talk stamping! Happy stamping, Rachel
Tonight the Art With Heart team are featuring Smoky Slate in our Colour Creation Blog Hop. I wasn't going to show anymore peeks at sets in the new catalogue just yet, but I couldn't resist using this set, Wildly Happy as it suited Smoky Slate perfectly. The set has 4 pairs of animals, all adults and babies, and 5 lovely greetings. For the first card I used the rabbits, and lightly coloured them with Smoky Slate and the colour lifter Blend. The DSP is from the also retiring Petal Promenade pack and the ribbon is Powder Pink Ruffled Ribbon.
The second card uses the two elephants, that were also coloured with Smoky Slate Blends. They were then cut out with the new, coming soon, Stitched Nested Label Dies and mounted on DSP from the Tropical Escape 6x6 pack.
Close up of the new dies in action.

Lots of exciting new from Stampin' Up! and lots more look forward to with the imminent arrival of the new Catalogue on the 3rd of June.
Bird Ballad - Part 2 These are the samples I made for Stampin' Up! Onstage New Zealand display boards using the Bird Ballad Suite that I used in my presentation.
I love fussy cutting and this Bird Ballad DSP is perfectly suited to fussy cutting.
I have also used the new Stitched Nested Label Dies on this card to cut out the Whisper White background piece.
Speaking of Stitched Nested Label Dies, this card uses them to excess. I cut numerous pieces from the Bird Ballad DSP and used them to create the background for this card.
Some pieces are highlighted by Dimensionals.
This card uses the Stitched Nested Label Dies to cut two windows in the DSP and card stock layers to form a frame around the greeting. The Very Vanilla Lace has been coloured with a Black Blends Marker.
The next three cards use the Laser Cut Cards that are included with the Bird Ballad Tin. This beautiful tin includes 12 Laser Cut Cards and Envelopes.
More fussy cutting for this card, Pool Party card stock background and greeting on Very Vanilla.
I stamped and coloured these flowers from the Free As A Bird stamp set with Stampin' Blends and then more fussy cutting. Greeting and mat cut with the Stitched Nested Label Dies. Petal Pink background this time.
Guess what? More fussy cutting. The birds are fussy cut from the DSP and I also had to make small cuts in the card front to fit the birds heads through.
This brings me to the end of my Bird Ballad creations for now.

This week the Art With Heart Team are featuring the colour Real Red. I have two very different cards to share with you.
The first one uses the Classic Garage Designer Series Paper Stack and the Life is Grand stamp set.
This DSP is perfect for making quick and easy masculine cards.
This is the anniversary card I made for my hubby for our anniversary last weekend. The rose image has been stamped in Stazon on Window sheet, then coloured from behind with Blends. I cut the coloured image out then adhered it to Dazzling Diamond Glimmer paper with glue dots and again cut around the image. It was attached to the card stock which has been embossed with the Tiled Tin embossing folder.
Thank you for visiting my Real Red creation, for more Real Red inspiration head to Cathy's blog for a full list of tonight's participants.
Next we'll be featuring Rich Razzleberry, see you then.
Make sure you check out the new Stampin' Storage, now available from Stampin' Up!
Tonight the Art with
Heart team are sharing creative projects with an Easter theme.
Don’t forget, sale-a-bration ends
on March 31st! Less than one week to go! There is still time to earn free product with purchase or even
join our Stampin’ Up! team. Ask any of the girls on the hop for more details. For my card today I used the cute bunny from the stamp set called 'A Good Day' and the daffodils from the 'You're Inspiring' set. I stamped the bunny, then masked over the bunny and stamped the daffodils.
The image was then coloured with the Blends Markers. I punch a circle out with the 21/4" punch. The daffodil gingham piece is from the Gingham Gala DSP pack.
The final touches are some organdy ribbon in Lemon Lime Twist and a few adhesive sequins. Don't forget to place your final Sale-a-bration orders by the end of March!

This week's featured colour is Powder Pink, which unfortunately is one of the 2017-2019 In Colours that will be retiring at the and of May, when the current Annual Catalogue retires.
This colour screams 'Baby Girl Card!' to me, so I had a play with my Sweet Baby bundle.
I used two of the Stitched Rectangle Dies to create a frame in Powder Pink to attach my baby to.
The baby has been coloured with Blends Markers and attached to the frame with Linen Thread so that it actually swings. All of my three babies loved being in their baby swing like this. Soooo long ago now.
The background DSP is from the Wooden Textures pack which perfectly sets off the Powder Pink and the Crumb Cake mat. The BABY has been cut from Powder Pink using the Well Said dies.
Here's a close up of the baby in all her cuteness. It also shows the beautiful stitching on the Rectangle Stitched dies.
Thank you for stopping by to see my creation. For more Powder Pink inspiration from the Art With Heart Team head to Cathy's blog for a full list of today's participants.
