Tonight the Art with Heart team are sharing amazing projects
featuring Stampin’ Up! Designer Series Paper, most of which is in the current
promotions where you can buy 3 packs of Designer Series Paper and receive a
pack for free! Only available until the 30th of September.
For more information about the promotion, contact any of the ladies on the blog hop and we will be happy to help you.
The first card uses the See A Silhouette DSP. I find this paper is perfect for quick and easy cards which are suitable for many age groups and occasions, but especially teenagers and young adults.
I have used a piece of the top sheet pictured above as the background. The greetings are from the Broadway Birthday stamp set.
I punched two balloons from Sparkle Glimmer paper and coloured them with a combination of ink and rubbing alcohol in Spritzer bottles. The colours I used are Real Red and Daffodil Delight.
This card is destined for my masculine card stash, which is very depleted at the moment.
The second card uses the Dinoroar DSP. Dinoroar you say! Yes this DSP has adorable dinosaur images on one side and versatile graphic images on the other side.
I started with embossing paste and one of the new Basic Pattern Decorative Masks as the background. I used a strip of DSP on one side of the card. The Lovely Lipstick frame and WISH are cut using the Broadway Lights Dies.
The balloon was cut and coloured as for the first card.
This card uses the Bird Ballad DSP and Free As A Bird stamp set. The images were cut from the Stitched Shapes Dies.
The flower and leaves were punched from two of the Bird Ballad DSP sheets and the Meduim Daisy Punch and Leaf Punch. The center of the daisy is an In Colour Faceted Dot, in Terracotta Tile.
