New In Colour 2025-2027 Darling Duckling

Tonight's card feature's another of our new In Colours, Darling Duckling. I have used a combination of old and new products to create this card.
I started by stamping the daisy image from the Lifetime of Love stamp set. I inked the stamp in Versamark first the immediately inked in Basic Gray before stamping on Fluid Water Colour paper. I heat embossed with Clear Embossing Powder to produce a shiny, raised image.

I coloured the image with a Water Painter and ink colours Darling Duckling, Mossy Meadow and Basic Gray. I cut the image with the co ordinating die and then mounted it on the scalloped oval dies piece from the Unbounded Love dies.

I embossed the Darling Duckling background with the Damask Designs Embossing Folder. I gently sponged White Craft ink over the raised damask images with a Sponge Dauber to highlight them.

Even More Darling Dinos

Hi stamping friends, I have more projects to share with you using the Darling Dinos stamp set.

The first card is a baby card, dino was coloured in Balmy Blue and Fresh Freesia. The greeting is from the Storybook Friends stamp set. I used a piece of Beautiful Bokeh DSP and a strip of retired Balmy Blue Gingham DSP.

The next card uses the same cute dino, this time coloured with Shy Shamrock Blends. I used a strip of Full of Life DSP on top of an embossed piece of Shy Shamrock card stock. The tiny top hat was coloured in Black and Shy Shamrock Blends Markers. The Shaded Spruce circle was cut with an Everyday Details Die.

The last card has a Highland Heather coloured Dino, holding balloons from the Spring Corners stamp set. The greeting is also from this stamp set. I used a piece of retired DSP (I have sooooo much that I have been holding, it’s time to start using some) for the card front.

I hope you are inspired by my projects, if so theses cute Darling Dinos are only available in the catalogue until the 3rd of May!

Thanks for visiting,
Rachel

Old Olive Sweet Peas

Hello stampers. I made today's card for our weekly team colour challenge for Old Olive.

I used a really cute set from the Annual Catalogue called Sweet Peas. I stamped the image in Mossy Meadow and coloured with Blends Marker in Old Olive, Granny Apple Green and a tiny bit of Boho Blue.

The Storybook Dies have three ornate frames, one of which I used for this card. I cut the frame from Old Olive card stock.

The background papers are from the Timeless Plaid and Storybook Moments DSP packs.

Happy stamping,

Gorgeous Grape Presents

Hi stampers I have a very sparkly Gorgeous Grape card to share with you today. Before you tell me that we don't have Glimmer Paper in Gorgeous Grape, I'll tell you that you are correct.

Shhhh I cheated a bit. I started with a piece of Highland Heather Glimmer Paper from the Three Colour Glimmer Pack. I used a Sponge Dauber and applied Gorgeous Grape ink until I had a piece of Gorgeous Grape coloured glimmer paper.

I wrapped some ribbon around the square and attached to a white Deckled Rectangle, that was then attached to a Gorgeous Grape Deckled Rectangle.

These were then attached to a Highland Heather card base. The greeting is from the Beach Days stamp set and is stamped in Gorgeous Grape.

Thanks for visiting,
Rachel

Colour Creations Blog Hop week 24 - Flirty Flamingo Christmas Trees

Week 24 of the Colour Creations Blog Hop features Flirty Flamingo, a lovely rose pink that is in our Brights Colour Family.

I have used Flirty Flamingo for a Christmas card this week. I combined Flirty Flamingo with Pretty Peacock and a load of Basic White.

I used the Decorative Christmas Bundle for the Christmas Trees.

The patterned papers are from the Hello Irresistible DSP which is one of our Online Exclusives products. To see the full range of Online Exclusives head to my Online Store and find the Online Exclusives button under the  Shop Products heading, or click on the link.

For a bit of sparkle I found some Pretty Peacock Glimmer Paper from the Three Colour Glimmer Paper pack, which is another of our Online Exclusives.

The background card stock has been embossed with the Painted Trees 3D embossing folder. I have used a thin Flirty Flamingo mat behind the embossed piece to break up the white expanse. The greeting has been white embossed on Vellum card stock.

The next stop in our blog hop belongs to my lovely stamping friend Sharon Davern, click on the image below or her name to see what amazing project she has created to share with us.

If you encounter any issues with the links in our blog hop please head to Cathy Proctor's blog as she is the fabulous host of our Colour Creations Blog Hops and has a complete list of tonight's participants.
