For tonight's card I have paired Rococo Rose with Basic Black and Basic White.
I used a piece of Love You Always Specialty DSP in Rococo Rose and cut it through the middle with one of the Curvy Dies. I then cut a piece of True Love DSP with the stripes with the same die.
The greeting from the Quite Curvy stamp set was stamped in Memento Black ink on Basic White cardstock.

Wow - what an interesting effect you achieved, by using the Curvy Die on the striped paper, Rachel! Your colouring of the flower is beautiful, as is the foil background paper. Gorgeous card.
ReplyDeleteThe curve really draws your eye along this card to rest on the flower. Such an interesting, attractive design.
ReplyDeleteGreat use of the curvy die Rachel - I really like the addition of the strip of True Love DSP too. Thank you for inspiring us all with your creations this week xx
ReplyDeleteAgree with other comments that the curved cutout draws your eye to the beautifully coloured flower. A very lovely card Rachel.
ReplyDeleteLove this specialty paper with the metallic accents and it is wonderful with the curvy dies and the beautiful flower from another DSP. Great use of patterned papers mixed together.

ReplyDeleteI love the light touch of colour you have added to the flower at the end of the lovely curve.
