Colour Creations Blog Hop week 26 - Garden Green Reindeer Days

Hello stamping friends, welcome to week 26 of the Colour Creations Blog Hop. This week we are featuring Garden Green, a lovely rich green from the Regals Colour Family.
I have another Christmas card to share with you tonight.
For this card I have done lots of fussy cutting from the Reindeer Days DSP.

I started with a card base of Garden Green, added a Granny Apple Green mat and then a card front from the Take A Bow DSP pack.
The circle behind the image is also Granny Apple Green and was embossed with one of the 3D Basics 3 pack embossing folders. It was cut using the largest circle from the Stylish Shapes Dies.

I fussy cut the reindeer and tree image and attached them very carefully to the card with Dimensionals. The beautiful greeting is from the Reindeer Fun stamp set and has been stamped in Real Red.
I had to dip into my retired ribbons stash for a plain Real Red ribbon.

Now it's time to hop to Andrea's blog for the next stop in our blog hop.

If you encounter any problems with the links in our hop please head to Cathy's blog as she is the amazingly tireless host of our hops and has a complete list of tonight's participants.

Thanks for hopping by,
Rachel

  2. Your card is delightful, Rach. Reindeer Days products are my favourites this Christmas season; so sweet, and so versatile. I love the DSP you have used for the background; it complements your fussy-cut elements beautifully.

  5. Oh! Wow! The paper and the embossing folder are almost identical in pattern, which makes it a perfect addition to the card layers.
